Head of Data Science & AI: AI-Driven Lending Leader

Iwoca is looking for a Head of Data Science & AI to lead its data science function and embed AI throughout the organization. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of probabilistic ML models and a history of achieving transformation within analytical teams. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to shape strategic decisions and must demonstrate strong leadership and a technical background in statistics and probability. A salary between £120,000 to £170,000 is expected.
