Commercial Contracts & Data Privacy Management Role - 4+ PQE

We're working with a global corporate and investment bank that is investing heavily across its EMEA platform and undergoing a significant period of growth and transformation.

As part of this evolution, the legal team is expanding its specialist capability and is seeking a commercially minded lawyer to manage a small commercial contracts team and lead on data privacy matters.

This is a broad, visible role offering the opportunity to become a key adviser to stakeholders across a large international organisation, supporting complex cross-border operations, regulatory change, technology initiatives and strategic procurement matters.

• Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Previous team leadership, supervision or mentoring experience would be advantageous.
• Interest in technology, innovation and emerging legal developments.
