The Role

• Monitor and provide comprehensive care to intensive care patients.
• Administer and oversee life-sustaining measures, including ventilation, infusion therapy, and medication.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps.
• Identify and assess critical changes in patient status promptly.
• Execute emergency procedures and assist with resuscitations.
• Collaborate closely with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams.

What You'll Need

• Completed education as a nurse, specialist nurse, or similar, with specialization in intensive care.
• Several years of experience in mechanical ventilation and respiratory therapy within an intensive care setting.
• Proficiency in patient monitoring techniques (ECG, invasive blood pressure, SpO2).
• High sense of responsibility and confident decision-making in emergency situations.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
