Key Areas of Responsibility:
Perform regular inspection and maintenance of gas extraction equipment and associated parts.
Carryout tuning and balancing of landfill gas extraction system to optimise gas extraction.
Utilise gas management program to analyse data.
Undertake reporting, fault-finding and repairs.
Improve the gas field monitoring system to ensure optimum output.
Carry out routine housekeeping duties.
Actively ensure own health and safety and the safety of others through understanding and implementing workplace health and safety obligations.
In addition to the duties set out above, the Technician may be expected to perform other duties as assigned from time to time by the Company.
Utilise the Maintenance Management and Quality Assurance Systems as part of the daily functions;
Support and comply with Company policies and procedures as advised and documented in the Company’s employment policies.

Qualifications and Experience:
Mechanical/Plumbing trade or certificate qualifications preferred
First aid certificate desirable.
Current driver’s license is essential.
Basic computer skills essential.
Experience in the following will also be an advantage:
Landfill gas operations.
Gasfield construction, monitoring, tuning and fault finding
Civil contract works
Drainage contract works
Electrofusion welding
