Monarch Landing is looking for a Life Enrichment Coordinator to create meaningful, engaging experiences that support the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and lead daily resident activities and programs
• Develop engaging educational, social, and recreational opportunities
• Coordinate programs and services within the Life Enrichment department
• Promote a positive, welcoming community culture
• Create diverse programming that reflects the interests and needs of our residents

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate’s degree preferred
• Six months of experience working with seniors in activities or life enrichment preferred
• Enthusiastic, compassionate, and passionate about senior engagement and hospitality
