Job Description
- 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Configuration Manager experience – SCCM/MECM/MCM/SMS.
- Strong experience with OS imaging, task sequences, patching/updates, application packaging, and software deployment.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and/or AirWatch/Omnissa for Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Experience managing endpoint vulnerabilities and remediation.
- Strong experience supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
- Understanding of IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, wired and wireless networking.
- Knowledge of server virtualization technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting experience across hardware, software, operating systems, applications, and networking.
- Experience providing Tier 2 support and supporting users both remotely and in person. Systems Administrator III_OOG Systems Administrator III_OOG
Education / Experience
Candidates should meet one of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field plus 2 years of systems support/administration experience, or
- 4 years of professional systems support/system administration experience within an IT department, or
