Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer with Federal/govt exp
Work Location: Remote / Contractor Facility
Contract: Federal Government
Clearance/Suitability: MBI / Moderate-Risk Public Trust (Tier 2) – must be able to obtain and maintain

Required Experience:

• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience, including 2+ years of Federal experience.
• Recent hands-on enterprise ServiceNow/ESM experience within the past 3 years in a comparable Federal environment.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Design scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong configuration and customization experience.
• Perform code and design reviews.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Optimize record queries and platform performance.
• Design secure applications and integrations.
• Manage deployments across DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD.
• Experience with ServiceNow AI/automation capabilities, including Now Assist and AI-related platform functionality.

Key Skillsets:
ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, integrations, Flow Designer/IntegrationHub, UI Builder/Workspaces, platform security, and performance optimization.

Certifications:

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Preferred for applicable domains such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM/SAM.
