Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, software applications, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist users with Microsoft Office applications, intranet resources, and internet-based tools.
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems while ensuring compliance with company security policies.
• Document incidents, service requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams as needed.
• Assist with user account management, password resets, and system access requests.
• Support network connectivity troubleshooting and basic networking functions.
• Follow established service desk procedures and provide excellent customer service to end users.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent technical experience will also be considered.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Knowledge of IT security practices and computer security fundamentals.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
