ServiceNow Developer - TS/SCI FS Poly only with Security Clearance

ServiceNow Developer Clearance: TS/SCI Full Scope Poly required (candidates will not be considered without an active clearance at the FS Poly level)
Location: McLean VA 22101
Position Overview/Responsibilities:

• The Candidate must possess an active Top Secret SCI + Polygraph Clearance. Candidate will not be considered without it.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Implement configuration/customization of the ServiceNow application and facilitate the rollout of new modules and configure Application UI and workflow
• Familiar with creating and promoting update sets throughout SDLC
• Perform unit testing and assist with quality assurance as needed.
• Support the team in ServiceNow operations such as User/ Group administration, reporting, metrics, SLAs, etc.
• Collaborate effectively with ServiceNow colleagues and stakeholders to develop solutions and execute changes
• Support and enhance reporting solutions both within ServiceNow and through external reporting solutions to support the customer's requirements
• Communicate with the customer in non-technical terms, understand their business requirements, and provide suitable solutions
• Prepare and maintain up to date documentation (requirements/design/test/as-built application architecture) for internal and external customers
• Work on continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge within the team

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in technical field
• 5-10+ years ServiceNow Development (Multiple Levels Available) Desired Skills Experience working with API-based data sources ServiceNow certification. Experience testing web-based applications – both manual and automated. Experience with functional, regression and load/performance testing. Experience with relational databases.
