We are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Engineer to join a fast-paced development team delivering high-quality mobile applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform applications using Flutter, while contributing to architecture decisions, code quality, and engineering best practices.

Initially it will be a six-month contract but there is potential for it to be extended. The role is Hybrid, with one day a week being based in their London. It is a full-time role, 37 hours per week. If this role feels right, send us your CV. Accountabilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Flutter applications for iOS and Android.<br />Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver new features.<br />Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.<br />Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to other developers.<br />Optimise application performance, reliability, and security.<br />Participate in code reviews and champion engineering best practices.<br />Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.<br />Support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes.<br />Opportunity to work on innovative mobile products.<br />Collaborative and highly skilled engineering team.<br />Knowledge and Skills:

Extensive commercial experience developing mobile applications with Flutter and Dart.<br />Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.<br />Experience integrating APIs and working with cloud-based services.<br />Proven track record of delivering production-ready applications.<br />Knowledge of state management solutions.<br />Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.<br />Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.<br />Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.<br />Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development.<br />Previous experience working within Agile delivery teams.
