The Role

• Manage daily operations of the Corporate Accounting team, emphasizing robust internal controls and process efficiency.
• Oversee key accounting functions including fixed assets, leases, cost accounting, freight, and cash.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Coach and develop team members, cultivating a culture of accountability and high performance.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• CPA designation with 5+ years of accounting experience.
• 3+ years of proven leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle G/L or similar systems is a plus.
