Job Title: Project Management Specialists

Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and delivery priorities for complex technical programs.
  2. Lead cross-functional technical teams, coordinate stakeholders, and facilitate collaboration across business and technology functions.
  3. Monitor program progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and performance while driving timely resolution of delivery challenges.
  4. Manage initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and preparing regular status updates for stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

5+ years of experience in project management, technical program management, or delivery leadership for large-scale technology, data, analytics, or business intelligence initiatives.

Technical Skills

Program Management, Project Management, Agile, Waterfall, Big Data, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Risk Management, Project Planning, Stakeholder Management

Business / Domain Skills
  1. Experience managing large-scale Big Data, Business Intelligence, and Analytics programs, including complex initiatives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  2. Experience managing complex government technology initiatives across requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and operational transition while coordinating state agencies, business teams, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  3. Experience leading large cross-functional technical teams and coordinating business, analytics, and technical stakeholders across enterprise program initiatives from concept through delivery.
  4. Experience managing program execution across Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including status reporting, risk and issue management, quality oversight, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance.

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.
  2. Experience leading large cross-functional teams and managing complex technical initiatives from concept through delivery.
  3. Familiarity with CPMAI, CRISP-DM, TDSP, SEMMA, and enterprise collaboration or project management environments preferred.
