Software Architect (.Net)

We are looking for an experienced Software Architect to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality cloud-based applications. The role combines technical leadership, architectural excellence, mentoring, and innovation to deliver effective solutions aligned with business needs.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-based applications while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

• Define architectural specifications (HLD/LLD), establish technical standards, and ensure engineering best practices are followed.

• Drive application improvements, code quality, security, and delivery consistency

• Provide technical insights during refinement, feature discussions, and product planning.

• Conduct POCs and identify optimal technical solutions aligned with business needs.

• Mentor Entry, Junior, and Senior Developers, encouraging technical growth and knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, RTEs, and cross-functional teams to define technical scope and delivery plans.

• Identify technical gaps, create improvement backlogs, and drive innovation.

• Promote AI adoption, modern technologies, and continuous improvement across teams.

What you bring

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years of experience in Software Architecture or technical leadership

• Strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based applications.

• Proven experience with modern architectures such as microservices, clean architecture, and event-driven systems.

• Experience in defining architectural specifications (HLD/LLD), application security, and technical standards.

• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, code quality, and scalable application design.

• Experience working in scaled Agile environments such as SAFe or LeSS.

• Proven ability to mentor developers and collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, RTEs, and cross-functional teams.

• Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and AI-driven solutions.
