Job description

Senior Siebel CRM Developer Software Engineer
Work on complex enterprise CRM solutions within a major Australian Government technology environment. This senior role focuses on Siebel CRM development, configuration, integration and technical leadership, using Siebel Tools, eScript, Workflows, EAI and Open UI to deliver scalable, high-performance applications.

Location:Canberra ACT, Sydney NSW, Melbourne VIC, Brisbane QLD or Adelaide SA (capital city locations).
Work Arrangement: Onsite for the first 6 weeks, with hybrid flexible working arrangements potentially considered thereafter, unless otherwise negotiated. Candidates must reside within reasonable travel distance of their nominated work location.
Contract Duration: 12 months with possible 2 x 12 month extensions
Security Clearance Requirement: Must be able to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) clearance before commencement.

Essential Tasks

  • Develop and configure Siebel CRM applications using Siebel Tools, Workflows, eScript, TBUI, EAI and Open UI.
  • Design and implement enterprise integrations, data migration and data loading solutions using Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM).
  • Prepare technical designs, conduct unit testing and code reviews, and support system administration, release and deployment activities.
  • Provide technical leadership and collaborate with business analysts, architects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.

Key Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years' demonstrated experience as a Siebel development specialist, including large-scale Siebel implementations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Siebel configuration, Workflows, eScript, Business Services, Integration Objects, EAI and/or Open UI.
  • Sound knowledge of Siebel architecture, Oracle technology stack, Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Policy Automation.
  • Demonstrated capability in complex software design, development, systems integration, testing and release management, with strong technical leadership skills.
