Head of Sales Management

Sales Manager
Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a results driven automotive retail leader who can coach and develop a high-performing sales team, structure profitable and customer-focused deals. This position is well suited for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.

Sales Manager Responsibilities
Coach, motivate, and grow a high-performing sales team
Run daily meetings, performance reviews, and deal approvals
Oversee the full sales process—from greeting to delivery
Structure profitable, customer-focused deals
Manage CRM activity, follow-up standards, and inventory merchandising
Partner with leadership to hit monthly sales and gross targets
Recruit and develop strong sales professionals
Sales Manager Requirements
~5+ years automotive retail management experience
~ Proven success as a Sales Manager
~ Strong deal structure, lender relationships, and compliance knowledge
~ Experience with CDK or comparable dealership management system
~ Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets the dealership’s insurance and vehicle-use requirements.
~ Availability to work a dealership schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
125K - $140K with bonus opportunity.
