The Role • Operate and maintain production machinery to ensure operational targets are met. • Set up and troubleshoot equipment during production runs. • Monitor and ensure adherence to high-quality standards through checklist verification and corrective actions. • Accurately document material, quantity, and time bookings using SAP. • Support maintenance staff with repairs and upkeep of machinery. • Perform routine machine maintenance as per specifications. What You'll Need • Completed apprenticeship as a Machine and Plant Operator, Packaging Technologist, Process Mechanic, or equivalent qualification. • Experience in quality and hygiene standards is essential. • Familiarity with DIN EN ISO 9000, DIN ISO 15378, and GMP guidelines is required. • Proficiency in using SAP is advantageous. • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system. • Strong communication skills in German.
