Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor health conditions.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families about health management, recovery, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records complying with healthcare regulations.
• Adhere to health and safety standards to safeguard patients and staff.
• Work independently with accountability and professionalism.

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (valid NMC Pin).
• Experience working in the UK healthcare system.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered nursing care.

• Outstanding Rates of Pay as an Agency Staff Nurse – RGN / RMN : Pay Rate £20.00 - £35.00 per hour
• EARN £1,000 to £1,500 PER WEEK AS AN AGENCY NURSE (RGN / RMN)
• Flexible Working: flexible shifts, Days/Nights, Weekdays/Weekends, Full or Part-time
