Loan IQ Test Lead

Role Descriptions:
Lead end-to-end testing activities for CLS to Loan IQ implementation and migration initiatives.
Define and execute Test Strategy| Test Plans| Test Scenarios| and Testing Governance processes.
Manage SIT| E2E| UAT| Regression| and Data Migration testing phases.
Coordinate with Business Analysts| Developers| Product Owners| and business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Validate loan lifecycle functionalities including origination| servicing| repayments| rollovers| interest calculations| fees| accruals| and settlements.
Oversee defect management| triage meetings| root cause analysis| and remediation tracking.
Lead data reconciliation and validation efforts between CLS and Loan IQ during migration.
Provide regular status reporting| risk assessments| and quality metrics to project leadership.
Mentor and manage onshore/offshore testing teams.
Identify and implement automation opportunities for regression and integration testing.
Drive continuous process improvements and quality best practices across the project.
Essential Skills: SQL and database validation experience.API testing using Postman| SoapUI| or similar tools.Experience with JIRA| Azure DevOps| ALM/Quality Center.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
