Outside Sales Executive - HVAC Parts Sales

The Outside Sales Executive is a full-time, role based out of Carrollton, TX.

Qualifications
Demonstrated sales skills, including prospecting, consultative selling, and closing, with experience in industrial or commercial products preferred. Proficiency in lead generation and pipeline management, with the ability to identify new markets and build productive business relationships. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and respond effectively to customer needs.

Experience in team collaboration or team leadership, including working closely with operations, service, and support staff to deliver integrated solutions. Ability to travel locally to customer sites, with a valid driver’s license and a professional, safety-conscious approach in the field. Comfort using CRM systems, basic office software, and digital tools to manage accounts and report sales activity. Knowledge of electric motors, HVAC systems, or industrial equipment is highly beneficial; technical aptitude and willingness to learn are essential.

High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
