Technical Project Manager (Remote)

A recognized media services organization is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional technical programs in a Remote environment aligned to Eastern Time hours. This role will oversee complex data, workflow, and infrastructure initiatives while bringing structure to operational processes and stakeholder coordination.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday


• Hours: Standard business (EST)


• Setting: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end technical programs across requirements, build, UAT, and delivery phases


• Coordinate Jira intake, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and status tracking


• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional deliverables


• Partner with BI/Data, security, and business stakeholders to align priorities and resolve blockers


• Build and maintain workflows, documentation, reporting layers, and operational processes to support scalable execution

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Data & Analytics Program Management, or Product/Data Operations


• Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data dependencies


• Experience managing centralized intake systems such as Jira


• Experience using project management tools to manage timelines, milestones, and cross-functional workstreams


• Ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Airtable or similar workflow tools


• Familiarity with Snowflake, APIs, and other data platforms


• Background in media, streaming, or digital product environments


• Experience working in environments where processes are evolving or not fully defined


• Ability to operationalize governance models and create scalable, repeatable processes
