Integration Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and lead project calls to confirm integration scope and prerequisites, facilitate technical discussions, and ensure testing and data validation readiness.

Serve as the primary contact for Subject Matter Experts, technical resources, and third-party vendors.

Coordinate required resources for third-party build, testing, and cutover.

Track progress for technical build and readiness of integrations for Epic go-live.

Report updates and escalate risks to project leads in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Expertise in project and resource management of technical projects.

Experience in healthcare data integration and working with third-party vendors.

Proficiency in detailed notes and tracking for complex projects.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of HL7 and API integrations for healthcare-related third-party integrations and related processes (i.e. test system setup).

Understanding of Epic go-live readiness requirements.

Experience with third-party contracting for integration projects.
