MDM /Salesforce Integration Analyst Contractor

As the key driver of Salesforce/MDM integration initiatives, you will architect real-time and batch processes, define enterprise data models, and ensure data quality and consistency across systems. Responsibilities

• Lead the Salesforce/MDM integrations workstream, designing architecture, data models, and workflows
• Drive the development of real-time and batch data integration patterns between Salesforce and UMDM
• Define target-state customer and organizational data models, including APIs and interfaces
• Design Golden Record processes, including match/merge, survivorship, hierarchy, and relationship management
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable MDM solutions
• Ensure Salesforce data aligns with enterprise MDM standards and governance policies
• Specify API contracts, interface specifications, and integration workflows
• Partner with integration teams on REST API, event-driven, and middleware-based solutions to enable bi-directional data synchronization
• Establish error handling, reconciliation, and ongoing monitoring processes for data quality
• Conduct source-to-target mapping workshops; develop detailed mapping and transformation specifications
• Standardize and validate data transformations, enrichment, and reference data across systems
• Work with stakeholders to validate mappings and ensure business needs are met through technical design

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Data Management, Integration, and Solution Design experience
• Extensive expertise in Informatica UMDM, particularly within Financial Services
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce data models: Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Party
• Strong API development skills, especially RESTful services and middleware platforms
• Demonstrated ability to define source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and validation processes
• Expertise in data quality frameworks, matching, survivorship, and hierarchy management
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate business needs into scalable data solutions

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience with event-driven architecture and middleware messaging solutions
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices
• Familiarity with data governance, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements
• Certification in Data Management or Salesforce is a plus

Preferred Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
• More than 10 years of relevant experience in data or system integration within financial services
