Job description

Join the Standards, Operational Assurance, and Readiness (SOAR) organization in Columbia, MD, and help enhance processes and expand team capabilities with modern AI technologies. This role offers the chance to work with senior engineers and organizational strategists to streamline operational challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in discussions with training staff and stakeholders to capture requirements and identify process bottlenecks.
  • Implement and test AI-driven solutions to streamline readiness and certification workflows, with guidance from senior engineers.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting or programming.
  • Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including version control (Git).
Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of or exposure to offensive security operations and cyber mission tradecraft.
  • Experience or coursework with AI harnesses and agentic workflows, including Skills or MCP servers.

Experience Required: 3 years with Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or 7 years without degree Location: Columbia, MD Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required Salary Range: $138,000 - $163,000
