We are seeking a dedicated Senior Physician (m/f/d) to lead and innovate within our psychiatric day clinics. This role offers the opportunity to blend clinical expertise with compassionate patient care, guiding individuals towards greater stability and self-determination.

The Role

• Provide senior physician-level responsibility and develop innovative treatment concepts for psychiatric day clinics.
• Participate in on-call duties to ensure continuous patient care.
• Mentor and support physicians in training and medical students, offering both professional and personal guidance.
• Contribute to a high-quality, patient-centered approach within a modern psychiatric setting.
• Play a key role in developing and expanding the Home Treatment Team.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed specialization as a Physician for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (m/f/d).
• Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of biological, psychotherapeutic, and sociomedical treatment methods.
• Resilience, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary teamwork and a modern, patient-oriented approach to psychiatry.
• Empathetic and appreciative demeanor, with strong initiative and open communication skills.
