The Role

• Setting up and operating processing machinery.
• Conducting quality checks and maintaining relevant documentation.
• Performing maintenance, cleaning, and preventative servicing of equipment.
• Ensuring adherence to production schedules and maintaining the technical condition of operational resources.
• Assisting with testing new technologies and processes.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator, Packaging Technologist, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of relevant professional experience.
• A high degree of responsibility and a self-directed, goal-oriented work approach.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
• Awareness and adherence to accident prevention regulations.
