Quick overview
Job description

Our vision is to give everyone the belief they can make their move. We aim to make moving simpler, by giving everyone the best place to turn to and return to for access to the tools, expertise, trust, and belief to make it happen.
We’re home to the UK’s largest choice of properties and are the go-to destination for millions of people planning their next move, reading the latest industry news, or just browsing what’s on the market.
The Partner Success Specialist (PSS) will work in partnership with Account Managers to create measurable customer value through targeted partner interactions. By driving product adoption, identifying opportunities for growth and reducing partner churn risk, the PSS helps partners achieve better ROI outcomes from Rightmove products and services while enabling Account Managers to focus on commercial growth conversations.
What you’ll be doing
- Engaging with a high-volume portfolio of existing Estate Agency (EA) partners, building strong relationships over the phone and through video calls.
- Work closely and collaboratively with Account Managers to create customer value through targeted interventions, helping them focus more time on commercial growth conversations.
- Use your expertise to consultatively uncover our partners’ successes, challenges and needs, then translate performance data into actionable insights that drive real value.
- Identify where the greatest difference can be made and recommend the right usage solutions, based on each partner’s needs and current product mix.
- Deliver meaningful, needs-led training and coaching online via Teams, on the phone and other channels, helping partners use tools such as RM Plus, Opportunity Manager and Online Agent Valuation effectively in their business.
- Drive adoption and sustained engagement by agreeing clear actions with partners, confidently handling objections and adapting your approach as conversations develop.
- Proactively spot opportunities to create targeted customer campaigns that increase engagement with Rightmove products and services, and share relevant commercial opportunities with the Account Manager.
- Track and report on product and tool adoption, account health, agreed customer actions, value realisation and the measurable impact of each intervention.
- Hit weekly KPIs, boost retention and make a difference with every call, focusing on meaningful customer outcomes rather than activity alone.
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM records, and contribute to departmental and full sales team meetings.
Who you are
-
Genuinely curious about our partners’ businesses and motivated by helping them achieve meaningful outcomes.
-
A natural relationship builder, able to establish trust and credibility with customers, Account Managers and wider internal stakeholders.
-
Confident asking purposeful questions to uncover the real need behind a customer’s challenge, rather than simply delivering standard training.
-
Comfortable working with data, spotting patterns in performance and turning insight into clear, practical recommendations.
-
Able to connect a partner’s needs with their current product mix, identifying opportunities to add further value and explaining the benefits in a way that encourages action.
-
Resilient and adaptable when conversations are challenging, confidently handling objections and changing your approach when needed.
-
Commercially curious and proactive, with an eye for opportunities to strengthen product adoption, reduce risk and create sustainable customer value.
-
Highly organised, with a strong focus on following through on actions and keeping accurate records so progress and impact can be measured.
-
A collaborative team player with a growth mindset, open to feedback, development and sharing learning and success with others.
-
Excited to build a career in sales and account management, with the ambition to make your mark and grow within Rightmove.
