They are seeking a technical and customer-oriented administrator to join a critical enterprise IT contract supporting national security missions. The Role • Provide systems and software operations and maintenance support in a large, multi-enclave enterprise network. • Manage and troubleshoot Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), RCVS, OCSP, and other Identity and Access Management (IdAM) systems. • Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues both locally and remotely, and train trusted agents at other sites. • Perform PKI server operations and maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and implementing new technologies. • Enforce security strategies and policies within established guidelines. • Document solutions and update troubleshooting guides for IT Operations Center personnel. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience with PKI technologies, Certificate Authorities, RCVS, and OCSP. • Familiarity with token card and soft certificate issuance, troubleshooting, and management for authentication and signing. • Experience with Tier 2 system/server administration and IT Service Management (ITSM) tools. • Strong oral and written communication skills with experience interacting with various stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members. • U.S. Citizenship and a TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance (or willingness to obtain one). • Minimum DoDM 8140.03 (formerly DoD 8570) IT System Admin Intermediate certification.
