Job Description:

Design and architect enterprise GIS solutions using the Esri ArcGIS platform.
Lead GIS modernization initiatives, including migration to ArcGIS Enterprise and cloud environments.
Develop GIS architecture roadmaps aligned with business and IT strategies.
Design and implement Utility Network solutions for electric utility operations.
Integrate GIS with enterprise applications such as SAP, Maximo, OMS, ADMS, SCADA, and Work Management systems.
Architect high-availability, scalable, and secure GIS environments.
Define GIS data models, governance standards, and data quality processes.
Design REST APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams on deployment strategies.
Optimize GIS performance, scalability, and disaster recovery.
Mentor GIS developers and technical teams while establishing architectural best practices.
Support production deployments, upgrades, and system troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, GIS, Geography, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of GIS experience with at least 3 years in an architecture role.
Strong experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise.
Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Online.
Experience implementing Esri Utility Network.
Strong understanding of electric utility GIS architecture.
Experience integrating GIS with enterprise applications.
