Quantify and track customer value, including downtime avoidance, cost avoidance, risk reduction, and improved equipment availability/reliability.
Support customer operational reviews, performance reviews, training sessions, and discussions around identified equipment issues.
Contribute to customer case studies, value stories, and internal success summaries.
Identify process and workflow improvements that increase customer adoption and the effectiveness of remote monitoring.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Technical Consulting, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure accurate documentation and consistent monitoring practices across accounts.

Comfortable working with plant data, trends, dashboards, and analytical tools to investigate equipment behavior.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect technical observations to operational impact.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with both plant/reliability teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms, analytics tools, industrial software, or AI/ML applications is a plus.
Curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote, customer-facing environment.
