Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute pediatric experience within the last 5 years
Charting Experience: Minimum 1 year of Epic experience required
- Active and unencumbered Texas RN or compact license
- Active BLS Certification (AHA only)
- Active ACLS Certification (AHA only)
- Active PALS Certification (AHA only)
- Negative TB test within the last 12 months
- Hepatitis B series or titer
- MMR series or titer
- Tdap vaccine within the last 10 years or titer
- Varicella series or titer
