Charting Experience: Minimum 1 year of Epic experience required

• Active and unencumbered Texas RN or compact license
• Active BLS Certification (AHA only)
• Active ACLS Certification (AHA only)
• Active PALS Certification (AHA only)
• Negative TB test within the last 12 months
• Hepatitis B series or titer
• MMR series or titer
• Tdap vaccine within the last 10 years or titer
• Varicella series or titer
