The Role

• Handle complex recruitment assignments for corporate positions and guide the recruiting team.
• Review applications and interview candidates to assess work history, education, skills, and salary expectations.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent needs and create effective recruitment plans.

What You'll Need

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
