The Role

• Provide direct resident care, including medication administration, personal care, and digital documentation.
• Cultivate trusting relationships with residents, their families, physicians, and colleagues.
• Offer professional and human guidance to auxiliary staff, trainees, and interns.
• Contribute creatively to daily life enrichment activities for residents.
• Uphold the organization's core values in all interactions and tasks.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional (m/f/d).
• Alternatively, another completed vocational training in geriatric or health and nursing care.
• A high degree of empathy and a respectful approach to all individuals.
• A team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
