Job Title: AEM and Adobe MarTech Lead

Technical/Functional Skills
• Lead end-to-end technical design and delivery of AEM and Adobe MarTech capabilities within digital experience projects.
• Work with business, product, UX, marketing, and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, customer journeys, objectives, and expected outcomes.
• Design solutions that are secure, compliant, scalable, performant, and maintainable, following applicable Adobe reference architectures, standards, design patterns, and enterprise technology standards.
• Design and support different Adobe implementation patterns, including traditional, headless, omnichannel, reusable content, and experience-fragment based approaches as appropriate.
• Ensure AEM content models, components, templates, workflows, and authoring experiences support accessibility-compliant content creation and enterprise content-authoring mandates.
• Lead architecture and design discussions and communicate technical decisions, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance throughout development, integration, testing, deployment, and production rollout.
• Develop POCs and technical spikes, troubleshoot complex issues, review designs/code, and validate implementation where required.
• Provide strong expertise across AEM Sites, Assets, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, workflows, OSGi, Dispatcher/CDN, headless/GraphQL, and AEM Cloud Service.
• Apply relevant Adobe MarTech capabilities including Adobe Analytics, Target, Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics.
• Design integrations between AEM, Adobe MarTech, enterprise APIs, customer data, analytics, and other platforms.
• Ensure designs address privacy, security, regulatory/compliance, accessibility, and content governance requirements.
• Participate in experience assessments and align delivery to experience, sales, conversion, engagement, and customer-journey KPIs.
• Partner with delivery leads to manage technical dependencies, risks, design decisions, and milestones.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership to ensure consistent implementation quality.
