Job Overview:

Pay Range: $35.00hr - $50.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Experience in Data and Financial Analytics preferably within an IVD or Healthcare setting, providing insightful analytics to drive decision making in complex business environments.
  • Master s Degree with focus on Data Analytics, MIS, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and goals to ensure timely and high-quality accomplishment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to search, select, analyze and synthesize data and information from various domains.
  • Strong financial acumen with proven financial methodologies, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of medical device or biotechnology strategies and processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate in a concise and clear manner.
  • Strong data management skills.
  • Proven ability to identify critical issues and potential solutions with a sound track record of effective decision-making.
  • Ability to work well within teams and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports, monitors and tracks contract milestones, payment triggers and the resulting billings to partners across customer areas.
  • Provides financial oversight for revenue forecasting and analysis.
  • Assists subject matter experts to develop accurate revenue and financial dashboards to drive insights and identify gaps.
  • Compares contract terms across the portfolio to improve costs and performance.
  • Automates and drives towards effective process solutions.
  • Provides contract management tracking support and payment management recordation for actual and forecast activity.
  • Provides tool support and resulting inputs necessary for business processes involving the PHCS lifecycle and initiatives.
  • Supports local Change Management processes related to contract management.
  • Presents data and insights both verbally and in writing.
  • Involves external stakeholders supporting financial and contract analytics and reporting insights where applicable.
  • Updates departmental systems with current and accurate information.
  • Plays a lead role in developing, recommending, implementing, and providing standardized and ad hoc contract management tools.
  • Solicits internal and external business partner and stakeholder input to ensure reporting meets needs and objectives.
  • Identifies, recommends and uses appropriate data sources for reporting.
  • Works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement appropriate metrics.
  • Participates in the implementation of new or updated reporting, including contributing to the development of training materials.
  • Builds and maintains effective professional working relationships with internal and external partners.
