  • Design, build, adapt, and maintain test rigs, fixtures, simulators, emulators, and measurement setups.
  • Configure and support PLC systems, hardware/software integration, sensors, actuators, and measurement equipment.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting and support the integration of test equipment and components.
  • Ensure test equipment readiness through configuration management, servicing, maintenance, and technical documentation.
  • Execute equipment qualification activities and assess change impacts before formal verification phases.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and verification teams to ensure stable and reliable test environments.
  • 3+ years of experience in mechatronics, test engineering, automation engineering, or system integration.
  • Hands-on PLC experience and strong practical knowledge of sensors, actuators, measurement devices, and mechanical fixtures.
  • Experience developing, adapting, or maintaining simulators, emulators, and hardware-near test tools.
  • Practical experience with test equipment qualification in a regulated or quality-driven environment.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and structured problem-solving approach.
  • Very good English and German and full on-site deployment capability.
  • Location: onsite in Stuttgart
