Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Starting Pay: $15.50/hour
90-Day Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

We are hiring dependable Production Associates for an automotive manufacturing operation in Sterling Heights, MI.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants a steady first-shift manufacturing opportunity. Production Associates support different areas of the manufacturing process, from handling automotive components to checking completed parts and keeping production moving.

Your Day May Include

• Handling and preparing automotive parts for production
• Placing components into fixtures, equipment, or designated workstations
• Removing completed components from the production process
• Performing visual quality checks on automotive parts
• Identifying damaged, improperly assembled, or defective components
• Sorting and organizing completed parts
• Packaging or preparing components for the next production stage
• Keeping materials supplied to the work area
• Following standardized production and safety procedures
• Maintaining an organized and safe workstation
• Working with the production team to meet daily manufacturing requirements

Depending on production needs, employees may be trained to work in more than one area of the facility.

Hours & Pay

Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Starting pay is $15.50 per hour, increasing to $17.00 per hour after successfully completing 90 days.

Overtime and weekend hours may be required depending on production needs.

• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Attention to quality and detail
• Previous manufacturing, automotive, production, warehouse, or assembly experience is helpful but not required
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when production requires it
