Detailed Job Description

We are looking for an experienced GenAI / AI Agent Developer with 6–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks Genie, RAG-based applications, and Agentic AI solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, identifying suitable AI/GenAI use cases, building POCs and prototypes, and delivering scalable AI-driven solutions integrated with enterprise applications and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and E&PS AI/GenAI use cases and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio Agents, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks Genie.
• Build and configure Copilot Studio agents for enterprise business use cases.
• Develop MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and implement agent-to-tool integration patterns.
• Design and implement Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures for complex enterprise workflows.
• Build conversational AI applications, RAG-based solutions, and intelligent data-driven experiences.
• Develop POCs and prototypes to evaluate different AI technologies and recommend suitable solutions.
