The Role

• Deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects, identifying needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects to build loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Offer clients advice and guidance on digital and self-serve options to simplify their banking experience.
• Support customer transaction needs and address inquiries to ensure accurate data entry and compliance.
• Build new relationships within the community and contribute to business growth through outreach and appointments.
• Act as a key member of a collaborative branch team, contributing to overall business results and customer experience.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a post-secondary degree desirable or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs, solutions, retail investments, and lending products.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role, with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a readiness to collaborate and work effectively in a team.
• Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
