Job Description

Job Title: Tableau/Cognos Report Analyst 12+ yrs Exp

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Qualifications:
  • Experience creating reports and analyses using Tableau, MS Access, COGNOS, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Experience querying and analyzing data using PL/SQL, SQL, Python, or similar tools.
  • Experience working with business and system stakeholders to create robust test plans and test cases for web applications.
  • Experience creating, managing, and executing functional and regression test scripts.
  • Experience performing application testing based on written test scripts, documenting, tracking, and communicating defects using JSM/JIRA or similar tools.
  • Experience analyzing business requirements documents and working with technical and policy teams to identify gaps.
  • Help desk experience, including documenting, troubleshooting, and resolving reported software issues.
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related majors.
