The Role

• Lead the establishment and development of a specialized neurological-neurochirurgical early rehabilitation unit (Phase B).
• Assume medical leadership responsibilities for the early rehabilitation unit in an attending physician (Oberarzt) capacity, integrated within the Neurology department.
• Drive interdisciplinary collaboration with various departments to ensure comprehensive and optimal patient care.
• Participate in on-call duties to provide continuous support and care.
• Contribute to shaping the future of patient care within a renowned healthcare institution.

What You'll Need

• Specialist qualification in Neurology (Facharzt für Neurologie).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in neurological-neurochirurgical early rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated personal commitment, strong teamwork abilities, and exceptional empathy.
• Excellent communication skills with an open and appreciative approach.
