The Role

• Evaluate the financial health of loan applicants through thorough analysis of financial statements.
• Prepare comprehensive reports to support credit decisions.
• Identify potential fraud to validate accounts and safeguard company assets.
• Process a high volume of orders requiring credit review, managing daily deadlines.
• Set and adjust credit limits based on customer needs and payment history.
• Proactively engage with customers regarding past-due balances to assess cash flow.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in customer service, credit, collections, or a call center environment is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French is a plus.
