• Hours: 7.5 hours per day with a 30-minute un-paid lunch break, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays

Bright Sparks Nursery is a welcoming, community‑focused early years setting committed to providing high‑quality care and learning.

We are looking for a caring, confident Nursery Practitioner to support the Nursery Manager and Team in providing rich learning experiences to the children.

You will support the delivery of excellent EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) practice, assist with daily nursery routines, and contribute to a positive, nurturing environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive alongside strong partnerships with families.

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 childcare qualification, level 6 preferred.
• Experience as a Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding.
• A SENCO qualification is preferred but not essential.
• A childcare/early years degree is an advantage.
