Job Description

Key responsibilities
  • Lead quarterly and annual reserving exercises
  • Deliver reserve analyses and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Monitor reserve adequacy and emerging claims trends
  • Support reserving methodology development and process improvement
  • Contribute to regulatory reporting and business planning activities
  • Line management of analysts within the team
Requirements
  • Qualified actuary with post-qualification reserving experience
  • Strong London Market and/or Lloyd's market knowledge
  • Demonstrable experience communicating reserve results to senior audiences
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements
  • Ability to provide commercial insight alongside technical expertise
  • Collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
