Project/Product Manager

5–7+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or related roles
Experience operating across multiple teams in complex, cross-functional environments
Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries preferred
Skills

Strong expertise in Agile and Lean product delivery methodologies
Proven ability to translate strategy into execution, including prioritization and trade-off decisions
Strong data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, experimentation, and performance optimization
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to operate independently and drive alignment across diverse teams
Experienced with AI product management tools, including standard prompt engineering and prototyping
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HSA/FSA or healthcare financial products
Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Aha!, Figma, and product analytics platforms
Experience with personalization, recommendation engines, or data-driven customer experiences
Experience leveraging AI tools to support product workflows including Microsoft Copilot, Claude.ai, Claude Code etc
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification
