• Lead and motivate your team, setting a positive example and implementing national sales concepts effectively.
• Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and strict adherence to hygiene regulations with a keen eye for detail.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through appealing displays, expert advice, and exceptional service.
• Independently implement creative ideas to drive sales and promotions.
• Manage all aspects of cost and revenue, conduct regular inventory, and oversee product sourcing and pricing.

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience with a focus on baked goods or self-service fresh counters.
• Solid knowledge of products with a high awareness of freshness and quality.
• A solution-oriented and results-driven approach with a structured and conscientious work ethic.
• Demonstrated team spirit, strong customer focus, and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work within a shift-based system.
