The Role

• Co-develop and lead the occupational therapy department.
• Manage both patient treatments and specialized administrative tasks.
• Collaborate interdisciplinarily with other therapy departments.
• Actively contribute to the development and implementation of modern therapy concepts.
• Ensure and advance the quality of therapeutic services.

• Completed occupational therapy training or degree.
• Enthusiasm for shaping and building a new occupational therapy service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with patient circumstances.
