Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Data Scientists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Analyze data using Excel, Python, R, SAS, or similar analytical tools to identify trends, anomalies, and insights.
2. Develop and implement data transformation processes aligned with project objectives.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver accurate results.
4. Prepare recurring data reports, analysis, visualizations, and deliverables for leadership and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	1–3 years of experience in cleaning, validating, analyzing, and reporting data using Excel, Python, R, SAS, or similar tools.
Technical Skills	Data Analysis, Data Cleaning, Data Validation, Data Transformation, Data Visualization, Microsoft Excel, Python, R
Business / Domain Skills	Experience supporting Military Health Systems (MHS), Department of Defense (DoD), government data sets, or healthcare environments. Experience analyzing operational and performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

1. Experience working with complex datasets and analytical processes.
