Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Data Scientists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Develop SQL and Python-based solutions to extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from enterprise databases and other data sources.
2. Work with stakeholders to identify data requirements, define analytical approaches, and support measurement and reporting initiatives.
3. Develop, maintain, test, and quality-assure dashboards, reports, scripts, and analytical processes before and after production deployment.
4. Analyze trends and results and communicate findings through dashboards, reports, documentation, and presentations to support operational decision-making.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, data transformation, or a related analytical field with hands-on SQL and Python experience.
Technical Skills	SQL, Python, Power BI, Data Transformation, Data Validation, Dashboard Development, Database Analysis, Data Visualization
Business / Domain Skills	Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Requirements Analysis, Quality Assurance, Stakeholder Collaboration
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience analyzing healthcare, clinical, operational, or other specialized enterprise data environments.
2. Familiarity with electronic health record data, enterprise databases, cloud data platforms, or clinical/business intelligence systems.
