SAP Quality Management (QM)                 (7-10 yrs experience)

SAP S/4HANA                                                 (3-5 yrs experience)

SAP PP (Production Planning)                     (3-5 yrs experience)

Role Description: 

"The SAP Production Planning and Quality Management Functional Consultant should have experience in configuring and implementing  SAP Core Production Planning with integration with Quality management for S/4 Greenfield solutions.

Responsibilities include:

·        Develop and deliver Production Planning demos to client and explain business benefits.

·        Lead efforts to gather requirements and design solutions to meet Business process designs requirements

·        Integration experience with cross-process teams like PP to QM, PP to EWM, and PP to external manufacturing experience

·        Work with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements

·        Business process design and system analysis

·        Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities

·        Enhancement of SAP modules, including interfacing with other applications like MES systems (Solumina)

·        Developing test strategies and managing large complex test efforts for Production Planning integrating with QM

·        Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members

·        Experience in planning for manufacturing execution of made to order materials

Additional Skills I am looking for:

·        Experience implementing a Greenfield solution using core Production Planning (not implementing IBP or APO)

·        Experience integration quality management from a third party tool with SAP Production Planning 

·        Strong preference for resource with experience with manufacturing execution using SAP Production Planning

·        Experience with demand sources from Project Systems, Sales Orders, and Planned Independent Requirements"

Education Level: Bachelors Degree

Potential travel to client’s main site located in Kansas City (up to 50% during key milestones, up to 25% for rest of time). Initial travel required for badging which is not reimbursable.
