Overview:

Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished Epic Ambulatory / Security / Kaleidoscope Analyst.

*** Location: Los Angeles, CA (100% Remote role)

*** Duration: 20 weeks contract (thru January 15, 2027 to cover LOA)

Compensation: Flexible based on candidate’s experience and expectations. The posted rate is intended as a general guideline and is not a fixed range. Competitive pay will be considered for qualified candidates commensurate with experience.

Notes:

• 100% remote role.
• Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time and as needed based on business requirements.

Description:

• Projects and work efforts in-flight include Security, Rehab, and the Mid-Wilshire move.
• Additionally, they have responsibilities over the Kaleidoscope, Dermatology, and Bones modules.
• Performs troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications.
• Design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within their portfolio and/or service line.
• The Analyst must achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows, as well as understand the policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application.
• The Analyst works with business owners, vendors, and ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests.

Qualifications:

• EpicCare Ambulatory certification required.
• Security certification or experience preferred.
• Kaleidoscope certification or experience preferred.
• Outpatient Rehab, Dermatology, and Bones Knowledge Tracks preferred.
